Two Avengers, a vampire, a clown, Alice, and a future Little Woman will be appearing together on your television screen in the near future.
On Netflix’s “news about Netflix” Twitter account (@seewhatsnext), they announced their upcoming film, The Devil All The Time, and the all-star lineup that will be appearing in it. Names tied to the film include Chris Evans (Avengers: Infinity War, Captain America: Civil War), Tom Holland (Avengers: Infinity War, Spider-Man: Homecoming), Robert Pattison (Twilight, Remember Me), Bill Skarsgard (It), Mia Wasikowska (Alice In Wonderland, Crimson Peak) and Eliza Scanlen (Sharp Objects). This cast will be directed by Antonio Campos (The Sinner, Christine), based off a script by Antonio and Paulo Campos.

As the tweet explains, The Devil All The Time is “a Midwestern Gothic involving a serial killer couple, a faith-testing preacher, and a corrupt local sheriff in a story told across two decades.” According to IMDb, the story takes place from the end of World War II to the 1960s. The film is based on the 2011 novel of the same name, written by Donald Ray Pollock. Actor Jake Gyllenhaal (Stronger, Nightcrawler) is a producer on the film alongside Riva Marker and Randall Poster.
The Devil All The Time is currently in production and is slated for a 2020 premiere on Netflix.
