In less than a month’s time, fans of Netflix’s Stranger Things will return to Hawkins, Indiana, and possibly make another trip to the upside down. The series is a big bowl of nostalgia for anyone who grew up in the 80s, taking elements from various horror and sci-fi movies of the era and blending them into the show.

What’s in store for Mikey, Will, Eleven, and the rest of their crew? Well, you can check out the latest poster for the show down below, and see what you might be able gather.

What is that in the poster, some sort of spider-gorgon? That’s what it looks like to me anyway. There’s also some rat-like creatures on the ground, and also visible is the upside-down, so I guess that answers my question from the top of the article.

I loved the first season of the show, but thought the series’ sophomore effort was not up to the quality of Season 1. I felt there was a good deal of rehash in Season 2, and hope that Season 3 is a return to the form of the fantastic first season.
