There’s a Million Dollar Movie On Amazon, No Seriously

What does a trip to the movie theater cost these days? I would say the average, to have the full movie-going experience, ticket, popcorn, candy, and soda, is about $50 per person. That’s not really cheap, by most people’s standards, but it’s usually worth it, however, it’s not something most people do every weekend.

Well, do we have a way to make you feel better about dropping that big cash at the theater. There’s a movie on Amazon that you can rent for the low, low price of a million dollars. The film, is Llamageddon, you can find an official synopsis below.

“A killer llama from outer space crash lands on Earth and begins reigning havoc on a group of unsuspecting college students.”

Well, if any film is worth a million dollars is would have to be one with a plot based around a killer space llama, right? Surely, this is part of some sort of clever advertising campaign, and I must admit, this is sure to grab people’s attention. Not only the outrageous price, but the movie itself, which from the trailer appears to very low budget, and has potential to be a so bad it’s good kind of film.

UPDATE: We have a photo of the man behind the film:
