Warwick Davis Says Baby Yoda Is Cute, But Ewoks Are Cuddly

While I wouldn’t say that the fan base is split on the issue, some fans do like the Ewoks. Many say that they furry creatures are out of place in Return of the Jedi and that it seems implausible that such a primitive species was able to defeat the mighty Empire.

Actor Warwick Davis who plays perhaps the most famous of the Ewoks in Wicket, weighed in on a debate as to whether the Ewoks or Baby Yoda is cuter. Check out what the Star Wars veteran had to say during an interview with KULR8 News below.

“I’ve been trying to avoid spoilers on The Mandalorian, but I keep seeing these pictures of Baby Yoda, I don’t want to know anymore really for the time being. But Ewoks are obviously very cool, I have a certain affinity with those of course! Ewoks are cooler, they’re more cuddly. Baby Yoda is cute but he’s not cuddly, you would rather cuddle an Ewok than Baby Yoda.”

I see Davis has a good point here. Baby Yoda is cute as s**t, but not sure I would enjoy snuggling up with him over a fuzzy little teddy bear from the forest. My issue is that I assume Yoda would feel very much like a reptile, and well, I’m not a huge fan of them, touching them at least, I would much rather pet some soft fur.
